That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s so important to record your calls and to also role-play in the safety of a training environment that is led by an experienced team whose only goal is to help you improve.<br />
Life is good. It&#8217;s &#8220;gooder&#8221; when you&#8217;re over quota!</p>
