Nino Rota was much more than simply the composer of The Godfather, Romeo & Juliet and the films of Fellini. This is an overview of some of his major movie themes. Rota was also a publically known and celebrated classical composer from the age of 11, and a long time educator including director of a conservatory.

This video is comprised of 20 second samples from various tracks across an array of CDs. No copyright infringement is intended. Label and cover have been clearly provided to ist interested parties in seeking out and purchase the recordings for themselves (more sales = more recordings for me to enjoy :) . My intention here is to raise awareness of and advertise Nino Rota and various recordings. Buyers should also be aware that some of these CDs are out of print or have been reissued with new packaging.
