Ask local hotels for referrals. Walk in to the consierge of the hotel and introduce youself. Ask them to keep you in mind for their guests transportation.
Also you could join networking groups like BNI or Chamber of Commerce where there are leads groups and business networking events.
Meet other business owners that would have guests coming in to town on business and ask them for referrals. Get some testimonials together and meet with event planners, wedding planners etc. They refer people they know that they can trust with their clients.
