This is a real phone call, I swear to god. This particular version is edited down from an almost 5 minute conversation. I worked @ dell when this call came out and saw the actual audited recording right after it happened.

It’s funny for about a second until you realize it’s fake. If I was the customer I would have immediately hung up and definitely bought my computer from somewhere else.
What system that costs a 1000 dollars doesn’t come with speakers anyway?
